Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include the IP address, time of access, requested address, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system information, referrer and HTTP status code.

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing the website securely, reliably and without errors and in detecting technical attacks pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider processes this data as a processor. Servers and webspace are located in Austria.

Contact by Email or Phone

When you contact phifux, the information you provide is processed, in particular your name, contact details, the content of the enquiry and related correspondence. Processing serves to answer the enquiry and, where the enquiry concerns a potential engagement, to take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries are deleted once they have been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate reason for continued storage applies. Contractual and accounting records are retained for the statutory periods.

Cookies, Analytics and External Fonts

This website does not use analytics or marketing services, social media plugins or externally loaded fonts. It does not set non-essential cookies. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Individual API Applications and OAuth

phifux provides individually configured API integrations to selected business customers. Access to an external business account takes place only after authorisation by a person entitled to grant access and within the permissions provided by the relevant platform.

Depending on the agreed function, organisation and account IDs, content data available publicly or to the authorised account, technical authorisation data such as access tokens and technical log data may be processed. Credentials and tokens are not displayed publicly and are used only for the authorised technical connection.

The legal basis is performance of the agreement with the business customer under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or processing on behalf of that customer under Article 28 GDPR. Where phifux processes data for security and error analysis, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Platform Providers and International Transfers

When an API is used, data is technically transmitted to the platform provider selected by the customer and processed by that provider under its own terms. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on safeguards provided by that provider, in particular an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention and Revocation of Access

Data from individually configured API applications is processed only for as long as required for the agreed function, technical security or legal obligations. Authorisations can be revoked through the relevant platform. When an agreement ends or access is revoked, stored tokens are disabled or deleted unless a statutory obligation or demonstrable security reason requires otherwise.

Recipients

Recipients of personal data may include the hosting provider, the platform provider authorised by the customer and technical service providers where required for operation, security or contract performance. Personal data is not sold or disclosed for third-party advertising.

Your Rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, contact office@phifux.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
